In preparation for Hurricane Milton, we at MashGrape Technologies have enacted our disaster mitigation plan. Our office will be closed Tuesday, Oct. 8 – Friday, Oct.11 as we relocate our center of operations out of the path of the storm.
Customers on our 24/7 remote support desk will be able to access remote support without any disruption. Customers on our 9-5 support plan will be able to receive remote support as long as cell service, internet, and electric services are available at our remote operations location. Onsite support is expected to return Monday, Oct. 14.
We recommend businesses secure their physical technology assets by moving what possible to higher ground, unplugging all equipment, and covering them with water resistant material.
